Balsamic Salmon

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 11 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets or 4 pieces salmon steaks
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard or 1 1/2 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 -2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450f.
  • 2 place salmon, skin-side down, on a foil-lined baking dish.
  • 3 in a bowl,stir vinegar with honey,mustard and oil.
  • 4 spoon over salmon.
  • 5 sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
  • 6 bake in centre of 450f oven til fish flakes with a fork from 11 to 12 minutes.
  • 7 remove with a metal spatula; try to leave fish skin on foil.
