Baked Tuna Rolls With Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 (6 ounce) canned tuna
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 slices bread
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can peas
Recipe
- 1 mix drained tuna, mayo, tabasco, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
- 2 trim crust from bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin.
- 3 brush one side of bread with melted butter.
- 4 turn over and spread each slice with tuna mixture.
- 5 roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
- 6 bake at 400° 15 minutes till brown and crispy.
- 7 sauce: heat soup and milk; add peas.
