Baked Tuna Rolls With Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (6 ounce) canned tuna
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 slices bread
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can peas

Recipe

  • 1 mix drained tuna, mayo, tabasco, lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste.
  • 2 trim crust from bread and roll each slice with a rolling pin.
  • 3 brush one side of bread with melted butter.
  • 4 turn over and spread each slice with tuna mixture.
  • 5 roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
  • 6 bake at 400° 15 minutes till brown and crispy.
  • 7 sauce: heat soup and milk; add peas.
