Baked Dijon Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f
- 2 line a shallow baking pan with foil.
- 3 place salmon, skin side down, on foil.
- 4 spread a thin layer of mustard over each fillet.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
- 6 top with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter.
- 7 bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
