Baked Dijon Salmon Fillets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400°f
  • 2 line a shallow baking pan with foil.
  • 3 place salmon, skin side down, on foil.
  • 4 spread a thin layer of mustard over each fillet.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
  • 6 top with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter.
  • 7 bake 15 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
