Crawfish Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 lbs peeled crayfish tails
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 1/2 cups rice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
  • 3 bake for 1 hour.
  • 4 shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
