- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 lbs peeled crayfish tails
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 1/2 cups rice
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into a large greased casserole dish.
- 3 bake for 1 hour.
- 4 shrimp can be substituted for the crawfish tails.
