Cod With Onions And Chives (kabeljau Mit Schnittlauch Zwiebeln)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 7 ounces cod fish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons sliced onions
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 3 teaspoons wine
  • lemon juice
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 lightly fry onions and chives in oil (do not brown) and lightly salt.
  • 2 salt the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • 3 place the fish on the onions and pour the wine over. simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. serve with boiled potatoes.
