Ingredients
- 14 ounces coconut milk
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a sml saucepan, bring to simmering point & cook over low-heat for 10-15 min or until the sauce thickens.
- 2 serve w/puddings -- can also be served as a dressing for vegetables, fish & meats.
