- 1 (14 ounce) can tuna
- jalapeno (as many as desired spiciness)
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- cilantro (to taste)
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 mix tuna, jalapenos, onion and cilantro in a food processor.
- 2 add mayonnaise 1 spoonful at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- 3 garnish with cilantro & serve with tortilla chips.
