Baked Chilean Sea Bass

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chilean sea bass fillet
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning (tony's is my favorite)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 clean the fish.
  • 3 put skin side down on a baking sheet.
  • 4 rub olive oil on the fish and coat with the salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning.
  • 5 bake for 20-25 minutes.
