Coconut Rum Salmon

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 cups rum
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 32 ounces salmon steaks
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350 fan on low.
  • 2 boil rum and sugar for 3 minutes.
  • 3 cool rum sugar and add molasses.
  • 4 baste salmon with rum sauce.
  • 5 press coconut on salman and dust with paprika.
  • 6 bake for 8 minutes basting halfway.
  • 7 serve with unused sauce on top.
