- 3 cups rum
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 32 ounces salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven 350 fan on low.
- 2 boil rum and sugar for 3 minutes.
- 3 cool rum sugar and add molasses.
- 4 baste salmon with rum sauce.
- 5 press coconut on salman and dust with paprika.
- 6 bake for 8 minutes basting halfway.
- 7 serve with unused sauce on top.
