Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 16 ounces baby clams, whole, can and drained
- 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- oil
Recipe
- 1 whisk all of the ingredients together and don’t over mix. deep fry in 350 degree hot oil to a golden brown. drain the hot fritters in a rack with paper towel to catch the dipping oil.
