Ingredients

- 1 lb sea bass steak, chilean
- 1 gingerroot
- 1 lemon
- olive oil, drizzle
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 in a baking dish, marinade for 20min up to a couple of hours.
- 2 ginger juice (grate ginger and squeeze to extract juice).
- 3 juice of 1 lemon.
- 4 drizzle with olive oil.
- 5 salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 preheat over to 450.
- 7 drain excess marinade.
- 8 cover dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 450.
