Chilean Pomegranate Barbecue Sauce " Pomeque"

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried ginger
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • 2 pour into medium saucepan and bring slowly to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  • 3 reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes. stir occasionally.
