Cheap & Easy Tuna Dinner

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup wine
- salt
- pepper
- toast
- sliced tomato
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet, sauté onion in margarine.
- 2 when onion is translucent, sprinkle flour in pan and let cook 1 or 2 minutes.
- 3 add milk and whisk.
- 4 take the pan off of the flame and add the wine.
- 5 when sauce thickens, add tuna and salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 serve over toast with sliced tomatoes.
