Beer Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients

- 2 lbs unshelled large raw shrimp (deheaded)
- 2 (12 ounce) cans light beer
- 2 tablespoons crab boil seasoning
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, bring beer to a boil with seasoning.
- 2 stir in shrimp and cover.
- 3 return to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 4 turn heat off and leave shrimp in hot beer for a few more minutes (at least 3 minutes).
- 5 drain shrimp and serve immediately.
- 6 serve with lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
