Beer Batter Shrimp

Ingredients

- 2 lbs deheaded peeled shrimp (leave tail on for dipping)
- 1 (12 ounce) can light beer
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 pour beer in a mixing bowl.
- 2 add flour, salt and paprika.
- 3 whisk together until mixture is light and frothy.
- 4 add shrimp to beer mixture and stir.
- 5 remove shrimp, one at a time, and place in oil and deep fry.
- 6 drain on paper towels.
