Ingredients
- 6 ounces beer
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 8 ounces coconut, shredded
- 15 -20 large shrimp, peeled &,cleaned
- canola oil
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, mix together beer, eggs, milk and flour.
- 2 dredge the shrimp through this batter, then dip it in a second time.
- 3 roll in coconut.
- 4 deep fry until golden brown.
