Beer Batter Coconut Shrimp

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces beer
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 8 ounces coconut, shredded
  • 15 -20 large shrimp, peeled &,cleaned
  • canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix together beer, eggs, milk and flour.
  • 2 dredge the shrimp through this batter, then dip it in a second time.
  • 3 roll in coconut.
  • 4 deep fry until golden brown.
