Barbecued Baked Catfish

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2-1 teaspoon jamaican caribbean jerk seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 catfish fillets (3-4 oz. each)

Recipe
- 1 add the first 7 ingredients to a saucepan.
- 2 over medium-low heat, cook mixture for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 3 sprinkle catfish with pepper.
- 4 place fillets on a greased foil-lined broiler pan.
- 5 pour sauce over catfish.
- 6 bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes.
