Baked Lemon-pepper Salmon

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup shallot, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 1/4 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • lemon wedge

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 place large sheet of foil on baking sheet.
  • 3 spray foil with vegetable oil spray.
  • 4 mix shallots, capers and dill in small bowl.
  • 5 place salmon on foil; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasonings.
  • 6 spread shallot mixture over salmon.
  • 7 dot with butter.
  • 8 fold up foil edges to enclose salmon; seal.
  • 9 bake salmon just until opaque in center, about 28 minutes.
  • 10 open foil; transfer salmon to platter.
  • 11 spoon any juices over.
  • 12 garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
