- 2 cups cucumbers, seeded, chopped
- 2 cups fresh dill, cut up
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- cayenne
Recipe
- 1 puree all ingredients in food processor.
- 2 chill 3-4 hours before serving.
- 3 serve with salmon or poached fish.
