Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Recipe
- 1 place fish fillets in a 8x8-inch glass baking dish.
- 2 in a small bowl, combine pineapple, soy sauce and green onion.
- 3 pour over fish.
- 4 cover fish with saran wrap; venting on one corner of the dish.
- 5 microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
