Buri (yellowtail) Teriyaki

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pieces yellowtail fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup mirin

Recipe

  • 1 wash fish.
  • 2 pat dry.
