Corn Flakes And Fish

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -5 fish fillets (catfish or tilapia, preferably)
  • 2 cups corn flakes (aprox.)
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • fresh herb (i like to use fresh basil, oregano, cilantro, thyme, and freshly cracked black pepper)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 spread butter (other then the 1/4 cup) on the bottom of cake pan to prevent sticking.
  • 3 layer corn flakes on the bottom of the pan until pan is no longer visible.
  • 4 place fish on top of corn flakes.
  • 5 use another layer of corn flakes to cover the fish.
  • 6 drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter on top and sprinkle desired amount of herbs and seasonings.
  • 7 bake for 30-45 minutes or until fish is cooked.
