Corn Flakes And Fish

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 -5 fish fillets (catfish or tilapia, preferably)
- 2 cups corn flakes (aprox.)
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- fresh herb (i like to use fresh basil, oregano, cilantro, thyme, and freshly cracked black pepper)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 spread butter (other then the 1/4 cup) on the bottom of cake pan to prevent sticking.
- 3 layer corn flakes on the bottom of the pan until pan is no longer visible.
- 4 place fish on top of corn flakes.
- 5 use another layer of corn flakes to cover the fish.
- 6 drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter on top and sprinkle desired amount of herbs and seasonings.
- 7 bake for 30-45 minutes or until fish is cooked.
