- 8 -10 ounces cod fish fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 in a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.
- 2 add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.
- 3 plate cod on warmed plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
