Cod A La Creme

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 8 -10 ounces cod fish fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a non-stick skillet combine butter, cream and garlic salt on med/high to high heat.
  • 2 add cod fillet and cook until flaky turning once.
  • 3 plate cod on warmed plate and garnish with parmesan cheese.
