Cod Fish Chowder

Ingredients

- 3 cups milk
- 3 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb new potato, cubed
- 1 tablespoon fish bouillon cube
- 10 ounces frozen corn
- 1 lb cod fish fillet, boned and cut in 1 inch chunks
Recipe
- 1 bring milk and water to simmer in a large pot. add onion, potatoes, and bouillon. simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. if you like a thicker chowder, remove a cup of the potatoes and puree in a blender or vegetable mill, then stir back into chowder.
- 2 add corn. return to simmer. add cod; simmer 3 minutes or until fish is opaque. taste and season with fresh ground pepper as desired.
