Ingredients

- 18 shrimp, peeled and deveined,tail on,as much as required
- coconut flakes, as much as needed
- egg wash, as needed
- plain breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 dust shrimp with coconut flakes.
- 2 dip in egg wash.
- 3 wrap in plain gourmet breadcrumbs.
- 4 deep fry at 325 degrees fahrenhit till done.
- 5 drain.
- 6 keep warm until needed.
