Baltimore Style Chicken And Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup flaked crabmeat
  • 1 (8 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs or 1/2 cup corn flake crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 position the rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 325°.
  • 2 in a saucepan, combine the mushroom and chicken soups, the milk, onion, and paprika and bring to a boil. remove from the heat and stir in the chicken, crabmeat, and mushrooms.
