Asian-inspired Alaska Wild Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs wild salmon fillets, skin on
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 cut salmon into 2-3 inch wide pieces leaving the skin on.
- 2 combine olive oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a glass bowl, mixing until well blended.
- 3 place salmon in a sealable plastic bag and pour marinade on top.
- 4 seal the bag and marinate salmon pieces for 1 1/2-2 hours rotating every 30 minutes.
- 5 grill salmon at a medium temperatue with skin side up for 5-7 minutes or until the meat can be flaked apart.
