Asian-inspired Alaska Wild Salmon

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lbs wild salmon fillets, skin on
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cut salmon into 2-3 inch wide pieces leaving the skin on.
  • 2 combine olive oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a glass bowl, mixing until well blended.
  • 3 place salmon in a sealable plastic bag and pour marinade on top.
  • 4 seal the bag and marinate salmon pieces for 1 1/2-2 hours rotating every 30 minutes.
  • 5 grill salmon at a medium temperatue with skin side up for 5-7 minutes or until the meat can be flaked apart.
