Baked Sea Bass With Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 12 ounces sea bass fillets
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill weed, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350f.
- 2 place the sea bass in an oven proof dish, single layer.
- 3 pour in all the remaining ingredients.
- 4 bake uncovered for apprx 20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
