Avocado Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 avocados, seeded and scooped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (7 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender or food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, and worcestershire. pulse until combined. (leave some texture to the avocados.).
  • 2 add cream cheese, sour cream, and salt. pulse a couple of times. stir in crab meat.
  • 3 chill dip until needed. keep in mind that the avocado will discolor within a few hours, so make no more than a couple of hours before serving!
