Avocado Crab Dip

Ingredients

- 2 avocados, seeded and scooped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 (7 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained
Recipe
- 1 in a blender or food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, and worcestershire. pulse until combined. (leave some texture to the avocados.).
- 2 add cream cheese, sour cream, and salt. pulse a couple of times. stir in crab meat.
- 3 chill dip until needed. keep in mind that the avocado will discolor within a few hours, so make no more than a couple of hours before serving!
