Broken Hearted Fettuccine

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/2 lb bay scallop
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (6 ounce) can cooked crabmeat
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked
- 8 canned artichoke hearts, halved
- 2 lemons, juice of
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a skillet
- 2 add garlic and green onions and saute for 1 minute.
- 3 add scallops and cook for 1 minute.
- 4 add cream and simmer for 2 mins to reduce.
- 5 add crab , fettucine and artichokes.
- 6 toss all together until heated through.
- 7 add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
- 8 serve immediately.
