Baked Lemon Haddock

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 haddock fillets
  • 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut fish into serving-size pieces.
  • 2 place in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish.
