Baked Lemon Haddock

Ingredients

- 2 haddock fillets
- 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut fish into serving-size pieces.
- 2 place in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish.
- 3 combine remaining ingredients.
