Baked Maryland Shellfish Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb backfin crab meat
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups potato chips, crushed
- paprika, to taste
- lemon, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 combine everything but potato chips and paprika.
- 2 pour into a 2½-quart casserole dish.
- 3 top with potato chips and paprika.
- 4 bake in oven at 400°f for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 5 serve with lemon wedges.
