Baked Maryland Shellfish Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb backfin crab meat
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed
  • paprika, to taste
  • lemon, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 combine everything but potato chips and paprika.
  • 2 pour into a 2½-quart casserole dish.
  • 3 top with potato chips and paprika.
  • 4 bake in oven at 400°f for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 5 serve with lemon wedges.
