Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 pieces lavash bread or 4 pieces mountain bread
- 4 tablespoons sweet corn relish
- 200 g low fat cottage cheese
- 3 (95 g) cans tuna in water
- mixed vegetables (choice of salad vegetables eg tomato, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumber)
- snow pea sprouts, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 arrange the lavash bread on a flat surface and spread evenly with the corn relish.
- 2 mix together the cottage cheese and tuna.
- 3 spoon the cottage cheese and tuna mixture over each lavash.
- 4 add salad vegetables to the top and roll up firmly to enclose.
- 5 cut in halves and garnish with the snow pea sprouts.
- 6 enjoy.
