Cottage Cheese Tuna & Corn Relish Wraps Aust. Ww 5pts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pieces lavash bread or 4 pieces mountain bread
  • 4 tablespoons sweet corn relish
  • 200 g low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 (95 g) cans tuna in water
  • mixed vegetables (choice of salad vegetables eg tomato, mushrooms, lettuce, cucumber)
  • snow pea sprouts, to garnish

Recipe

  • 1 arrange the lavash bread on a flat surface and spread evenly with the corn relish.
  • 2 mix together the cottage cheese and tuna.
  • 3 spoon the cottage cheese and tuna mixture over each lavash.
  • 4 add salad vegetables to the top and roll up firmly to enclose.
  • 5 cut in halves and garnish with the snow pea sprouts.
  • 6 enjoy.
