Ingredients

- 12 jumbo shrimp or 12 prawns, peeled and deveined
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons sherry wine
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a frying pan and stir fry the prepared shrimp or prawns for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- 2 add the sherry to the pan; stir and continue to cook for 30 seconds until the shrimp are very fragrant.
- 3 season with tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
