Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients
- 1 lb tilapia fillet
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (i prefer kewpie japanese mayo)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- basil
- black pepper
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to broilã¢â‚¬â¨.
- 2 grease aluminum foil (to cover your baking pan).
- 3 mix parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice.
- 4 season mixture to taste with basil, pepper, garlic powder (set aside).
- 5 arrange fillets on the panã¢â‚¬â¨.
- 6 broil for 3 minutes.
- 7 flip fish fillets and broil for 2 minutesã¢â‚¬â¨.
- 8 remove fillets and cover with cheese mixtureã¢â‚¬â¨.
- 9 broil until cheese melts (approximately 3 minutes).
- 10 make sure fish flakes and is done.
- 11 eat the delicious fish you've prepared!
