Creamed Cod Bake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cod fish fillets
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 whisked egg whites
  • 1/2 pint sauce
  • 75 g breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • 2 flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.
  • 3 mix in the sauce.
  • 4 leave to cool.
  • 5 fold in the egg whites.
  • 6 place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.
  • 7 cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
