Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cod fish fillets
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 whisked egg whites
- 1/2 pint sauce
- 75 g breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- 2 flake into a saucepan and stir in the egg yolks.
- 3 mix in the sauce.
- 4 leave to cool.
- 5 fold in the egg whites.
- 6 place in a baking dish and cover with breadcrumbs.
- 7 cook at 170c for 30 minutes or until the breadcrumbs have browned.
