Balsamic-glazed Cracked Pepper Salmon

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets, about 5oz ea
- sea salt
- cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. season both sides of salmon with salt and cracked pepper. add salmon to skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- 2 meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together vinegar and honey. add vinegar mixture to skillet and simmer until fish is fork tender and liquid reduces and thickens, about 2 minutes.
