Cedar Plank Teriyaki Salmon

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 1 cedar plank
  • 1 1/2 cups yoshida gourmet sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cups green onions (chopped)

Recipe

  • 1 soak cedar plank for about 2 hours.
  • 2 marinate salmon for 2 hours in yoshido's gourmet sauce or kikkoman teriyaki sauce.
  • 3 heat grill to medium heat, leaving the center burner off.
  • 4 close grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat flakes easily with a fork.
  • 5 top with a drizzle of gourmet or teriyaki sauce, chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
