Cedar Plank Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
- 1 cedar plank
- 1 1/2 cups yoshida gourmet sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cups green onions (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 soak cedar plank for about 2 hours.
- 2 marinate salmon for 2 hours in yoshido's gourmet sauce or kikkoman teriyaki sauce.
- 3 heat grill to medium heat, leaving the center burner off.
- 4 close grill and cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat flakes easily with a fork.
- 5 top with a drizzle of gourmet or teriyaki sauce, chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
