Broiled Salmon With Black Pepper And Lime Rub

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • 2 teaspoons limes, rind of
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 lime

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 place salmon, skin sides down, on a coated broiler pan.
  • 3 rub lime zest, salt, peper and garlic over the fish.
  • 4 broil for 7 minutes, the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • 5 serve with lime wedges, if desired.
