- 1/4 cup roquefort cheese or 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cream roquefort, butter and sherry.
- 2 spread on fillets and broil until done or fish flakes easily with a fork.
