Broiled Red Snapper

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 red snapper fillets
  • 1/4 cup roquefort cheese or 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cream roquefort, butter and sherry.
  • 2 spread on fillets and broil until done or fish flakes easily with a fork.
