Chocolate Trout

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 whole trout
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 6 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 pint shiitake mushroom
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 skin and bone the trout.
  • 2 melt the chocolate morsels with the marshmallow cream in the microwave for 30 sec at a time until melted (approx 3 minutes).
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 spread the chocolate mixture over the trout and mushrooms
  • 5 bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
  • 6 salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
