Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 whole trout
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate morsels
- 6 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 pint shiitake mushroom
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 skin and bone the trout.
- 2 melt the chocolate morsels with the marshmallow cream in the microwave for 30 sec at a time until melted (approx 3 minutes).
- 3 mix well.
- 4 spread the chocolate mixture over the trout and mushrooms
- 5 bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until the fish is flaky.
- 6 salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
