Chicken Patties With Hot And Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon kaffir lime leaf, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • fish sauce, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine the chicken mince, curry paste, lime leaf, egg and fish sauce and form into small patties about 5cm wide and 1cm thick.
  • 2 barbecue the patties on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
