Broiled Rainbow Trout With Herb Mayonnaise

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons regular mayonnaise or 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • herbs (i usually use dill or thyme)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce) rainbow trout fillets

Recipe

  • 1 combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice, herbs and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  • 2 cover flesh side of each trout fillet with 1/4 of the mayo mixture.
  • 3 broil 4" from heat source for about 3-5 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork and topping is bubbly.
