Coconut Ginger Soy Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 -4 tablespoons ginger tamari (soy sauce)
  • 3 -6 tablespoons virgin coconut oil
  • lime juice, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 warm the coconut oil if it is solid (it turns solid when room temperature is below 74 degrees fahrenheit).
  • 2 gradually mix enough ginger tamari into the oil so that it remains somewhat creamy, rather than becoming too liquid. add lime juice to taste.
  • 3 serve over steamed veggies, fish, or whatever you like.
