Chinese Buffet Crab Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces imitation crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 1/4 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Recipe

  • 1 mix all of the ingredients together in bowl.
  • 2 spoon into greased casserole dish.
  • 3 save half of cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top.
  • 4 bake at 325°f for 30 minutes.
