Broiled Orange Roughy With Green Peppercorn Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 orange roughy fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dry wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon green peppercorn, rinsed,drained

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 position oven rack 4 inches from heat source.
  • 3 prepare green peppercorn sauce; combine all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until well blended.
  • 4 place fish in shallow baking pan; top with sauce.
  • 5 broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
