Creamy Clam Pasta Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces baby clams or 2 cans chopped clams, reserve juice
- 1 lb of your favorite cooked pasta
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and garlic in olive oil over low heat.
- 2 add butter, stir until incorporated.
- 3 stir in milk, clam juice, and seasonings, cook over med.
- 4 heat utill thickened.
- 5 add clams, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- 6 prepare your favorite pasta, drain, and top with a generous portion of sauce.
- 7 top with grated parmesan.
