Basting Sauce For Grilled Fish

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves, finely minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan combine all ingredients; cook over low heat until the sugar is dissolved; cool.
