Bev's Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

- 2 coho salmon fillets or 2 sockeye salmon fillets
- 3 -4 tablespoons maple syrup (the real stuff!)
- 1 -2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 fresh lemons, juice of
Recipe
- 1 combine syrup, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in zip-loc bag; add filets and marinate for about an hour, turning fish.
- 2 fire up the grill and toss on the filets; cover with aluminum foil.
- 3 bbq until fish is done and layers "separate," turning once.
- 4 serve with lemon rice (or anything you prefer!).
- 5 note: the recipe doesn't specify, but i would recommend trying this on medium heat for about 5 minutes per side; use your discretion!
