Bev's Grilled Salmon

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 coho salmon fillets or 2 sockeye salmon fillets
  • 3 -4 tablespoons maple syrup (the real stuff!)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 fresh lemons, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 combine syrup, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in zip-loc bag; add filets and marinate for about an hour, turning fish.
  • 2 fire up the grill and toss on the filets; cover with aluminum foil.
  • 3 bbq until fish is done and layers "separate," turning once.
  • 4 serve with lemon rice (or anything you prefer!).
  • 5 note: the recipe doesn't specify, but i would recommend trying this on medium heat for about 5 minutes per side; use your discretion!
