Baked Mako Shark With Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thin
  • 6 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 3 lbs mako shark steaks
  • 6 medium onions, peeled, sliced thin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary, crushed
  • black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juice of

Recipe

  • 1 butter a baking dish large enough to hold the fish in a single layer. line the bottom of the dish with the potato slices.
  • 2 sprinkle with 1/2 of the parsley, put fish on top of potatoes.
  • 3 layer onions on top of fish.
  • 4 sprinkle with parsley, rosemary and pepper.
  • 5 drizzle on oil.
  • 6 bake 25 minutes at 350°f add lemon juice.
